No. The day starts with about 50 minutes of skill building, in which everyone gets familiar with the bricks and the method. The TRIZ principles come as contradiction cards and are introduced when the contradiction is on the table. Nobody has to prepare theory.

The bricks are a tool, not the point. Building forces everyone to make their thinking concrete, and it moves the conversation from opinions to models. What follows is deliberately rigorous: a risk question, contradiction cards and a prioritization by the team. Most of the day is structured work, not play.

Core fits if the team wants to work through the method and reach a direction within one day. Signature fits if the direction should be checked against the market beforehand and documented in a written report. A clickable prototype (proof of concept or MVP) of the strongest idea from day one. Our technical partner builds it remotely while the group deepens the risks on the morning of day two, and presents it at about 11:00. The group reacts and prioritizes right away. The final price depends on the scope of the prototype, and everything is invoiced by hs consulting.

The team leaves with a shared model that is documented with photos, named risks and a prioritized set of solution directions. Signature and Signature Multi Day add a written report, and the multi day format adds a clickable prototype the group has already reacted to.
